  • Clean out air ports, heat exchanger and flue (where accessible)

  • Lubricate and maintain moving mechanical parts

  • Test safety features on boiler

  • Inspect fuel and fuel network system

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do we need a service? 

Your heating equipment will go through general wear over the years, however regular maintenance allows you to extend it's lifetime and be able to spot any problems that are developing, so you are not left without heating in the middle of winter.

Servicing is especially important if you are claiming RHI funding for your Biomass Boiler, or looking to keep your warranty on a recently installed Heat Pump.

2. How can we get a service quote?​​

After an installation, we will automatically provide you with a yearly servicing plan you can sign up for. In accordance to this plan, we will provide a meticulous cleaning of your installed system, check for faults and make recommendations to you on usage where needed.

If we did not install your equipment, we are still more than happy to provide you with a detailed service. All you need to do is to contact us through our email or website to let us know your requirements.  

3. How often should I get a service? 

​We recommend once a year for heat pumps, gas boilers and any other heating equipment. The only exception is biomass boilers which have a high usage (24/7 usage for big facilities), it is worth to service them twice a year.

​

If in doubt contact us and we are happy to make a recommendation.

4. Do you offer discounts?

We aim to make our servicing prices as low as possible from the get go. With our service plans you do get 10% discount on the parts we provide, as well as offering custom pricing if you have more than one heating equipment on the same site (i.e two heat pumps or two biomass boilers).
